06 · Confidentiality

What's shared in the group stays in the group.

Members are expected to agree to confidentiality and participation terms before joining. The point is simple: trust enables the kind of conversation that makes the group worth your time.

07 · Attendance

Show up. The group depends on it.

Members are expected to attend every session. Missing more than two sessions in a rolling 12-month period may trigger a review conversation. Chronic non-attendance may lead to removal, because participation directly affects the value of the group.

08 · Conduct

A high standard for how members treat each other.

Membership may be revoked for:

  • Confidentiality violations
  • Disrespectful behavior
  • Aggressive self-promotion
  • Unethical behavior
  • Repeated disruption
  • Toxic communication
  • Behavior that weakens the trust of the group

If removed for conduct, access ends immediately and prior payments are not refunded. Future billing stops unless otherwise stated in the member agreement.

09 · Commitment & Payment

Built for stability. Designed to be fair.

The initial membership commitment is twelve months. Members are committing to the full annual term — the commitment exists to protect group stability, trust, and continuity.

Amounts already paid are non-refundable. In cases of serious hardship, TransformationLink may review the situation and make a discretionary decision.

Founding member investment: $24,000 annually. Payment options available. Cohort fit and details are discussed during the application process.
